We ended up not going to New Braunfels for July 4th and instead spent the weekend at Chris's parent's lake house. We had a great time relaxing, playing in the water, eating A LOT, and watching fireworks. The neighbors have a huge firework display every year. It is literally a professional show right above your head. He has about 6 or 7 people that help make it all happen and it is always fun to watch. Will loves being at the lake. He loves to swim in the water (or nauter as he calls it), play in the sandbox, and watch the boats and birds go by. He also loved having his cousins, Karina and Brennan, there to play with! He looks up to the big kids so much and loves watching them. They showed him how to catch fish off the dock, jump into the lake, and so many more things. We also learned that Murray is VERY scared of fireworks. Anytime he heard the pop of a black cat he wanted to run into the house! Abby and Murray ended up spending the fireworks show in Murray's crate. Will slept through the entire thing -which is unbelievable because they are LOUD! Here are some pictures from our fun weekend!
